Welcome to my Vegan Mouse Page.

Who am I?

Well, I am vegan “papa” mouse. I live just outside of Boston with my wife and four-year-old son. I love to play music and cook yummy plant-based dishes.

My son and I frequently go on adventures to explore the world around us. By the way, my lovely wife did all the beautiful watercolor art as a record of my various adventures of me with my son. Every season we find amazing fruits and vegetables to benefit our health.

Did you know that the more veggies on your plate, the safer are my animal friends and cleaner is our earth? Sometime we like to share our food with other animal friends.

I hope that you enjoy fruits and veggies as much as I do. And even if you are not a big fan of eating your vegetables, then I urge you to try some of the recipes in this recipe book. They are some of my favorites.
